It has the Pioneers Scouts and Guides of Egypt logo and underneath it is the word (To Work) which is their motto in Arabic in a ribbon facing up which represent like BP said that Scouts are always smiling.
This Badge is worn by all Pioneers Scouts and Guides in Egypt.
